Customer Relations and Billing Notice

Thank you for your interest in and trust in erbeySanat.

The information you provide will be used to ensure that billing processes are always conducted accurately and in compliance with applicable laws. Please make sure that all information on the form is complete and accurate.

 

a) All invoices issued for artworks will be issued in the name of erbeySanat in accordance with applicable laws.

 

b) The invoice for the artwork will be issued within 15 (fifteen) days of the date we receive payment.

 

c) Purchased artworks will be delivered no later than 3 (three) months from the date of payment.

 

d) Our invoices will be issued in the currency and invoice type you selected on our form.

 

e) Your contact information will be used solely for order processing, delivery, invoicing, and necessary communications with you, and will be protected in accordance with applicable laws.
